1. Who is responsible for the data

Prumia is a website design studio run by Nicolas Louis. The person responsible for processing the personal data collected on this site is Nicolas Louis himself, who can be reached at contatoprumia@gmail.com or by phone at (61) 99277-4483.

2. What data we collect

We only collect what is necessary to respond to a business inquiry:

• Data you provide in the diagnostic form: name, WhatsApp number, email, business segment, current website situation (and the address, if you choose to share it) and the type of project you want.
• Technical access data: the page on which the form was submitted, the referring address (referrer), campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) and the date and time of submission.

3. What we use this data for

We use the data exclusively to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal and carry on the business conversation. The technical data helps us understand which channel brought you to us and to improve the site.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Legal basis (LGPD)

Processing relies on Article 7 of Law 13.709/2018: consent, when you voluntarily submit the form, and preliminary procedures related to a contract, when we evaluate and propose a project at your request.

5. Who the data is shared with

The data is stored on servers of the infrastructure that hosts this site, engaged exclusively for that purpose and subject to security and confidentiality obligations. No other company receives your data, except where required by law.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact data while a business conversation is ongoing and for up to 24 months after the last contact. After that, or at any time upon your request, the data is deleted.

7. Your rights

The LGPD guarantees that you can, at any time:

• Confirm whether we process your data and access that data.
• Correct incomplete or outdated data.
• Request deletion of the data.
• Withdraw the consent given when submitting the form.
• Ask for information about who the data was shared with.

8. How to exercise your rights

Send a request to contatoprumia@gmail.com with the subject “LGPD”. We reply within 15 days, at no cost.

9. Security

Information travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is stored in a database with restricted access. Only the person responsible for Prumia accesses the data submitted through the form.

10. Changes to this policy
